Whole Foods has both sweetened and unsweetened soy milks. As everyone else says, read the label.

Soy silk and Soy sun both have unsweetened versions. It's just a matter of finding them.

I live in Toronto ON Canada and find mine in the Asian areas, the Chinese one's are not sweetened, they use a sweetener as a more subtle way of making it most palatable.
And one thing I have found, artifical sweeteners make it take metalic and abit off for some reason.
