Most brands will have both sweetened and unsweetened... just check the label.

Whole Foods has both sweetened and unsweetened soy milks. As everyone else says, read the label.

Soy silk and Soy sun both have unsweetened versions. It's just a matter of finding them.

Westsoy make a unsweetened one. I use it in cooking.

I live in Toronto ON Canada and find mine in the Asian areas, the Chinese one's are not sweetened, they use a sweetener as a more subtle way of making it most palatable.

And one thing I have found, artifical sweeteners make it take metalic and abit off for some reason.
