Yes, it can definitely help your blood glucose control tremendously. Lose the dairy though... that's not helping. Reverse implies that the diabetes will go away... it won't.

Since going on a primarily vegetarian diet (I add some fish, or chicken for protein), I've lost 50 pounds and my blood glucose numbers are very consistent and easy to manage. My most recent HbA1C test was 5.8.

I don't care what anyone says, the facts are conclusive.... people who live in rural Asia and South America who eat a primarily vegetable diet where there's practically no refined foods or dairy in their diet, do not have an epidemic of obesity and diabetes like "developed" countries do. In fact, their incidence of type two diabetes is practically non existent. Why? The people stay busy and eat only what Mother Nature intended for us to eat.... healthy foods.

Look under my profile where it says "Diabetes info:" for more.

so sorry!! you cannot reverse diabetes by any food or exercise program. You can only control the problem.

It isn't the meats or fats that cause the problem. It is some of the vegetables and a lot of the fruits and starchy foods like cereals and grains.

A vegetarian diet nor a vegan diet will solve the problem. It will probably only make it worse.

A lot of the dairy causes me to have very high glucose numbers because most of it is sold "low fat" "reduced fat" or "no fat". This causes rapid high spikes in the glucose numbers.

Whole milk, cream, butter, whole milk yogurt, and whole milk cottage cheese help me to stay a bit more level and still eat dairy foods.

Meats: beef, lamb, chicken, fish are all protein and do not enter the system as sugar! They eventually break down to produce a little sugar into the system.

Rices, Cereals, Oats, other grains all rapidly become sugar in the digestive tract. They spike glucose numbers high and fast.

Starchy vegetables like corn, peas, carrots, potatoes and dried beans all have the same effect of becoming sugar really rapidly and spiking the glucose numbers high.

Sweet soft fruits do the same thing. They are mostly sugar to begin with and what isn't, isn't worth eating.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/IClGp
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

It can dramatically reduce the symptoms associated with diabetes, but once you've developed it, you have it for life. Eating a vegan diet helps prevent diabetes.

If you read The China Study, it does talk about how one can literally turn cancer growth on and off based on dairy consumption.
