I asked this question before and the answers I got seemed to assume that the brand of pork rinds I had didn't have protein. But the thing reads, for serving size 8 rinds, 8 grams of protein, which is certainly a significant amount. So why does it say next to 8 grams, "not a significant source of protein?"

There's less fat in pork rinds than potato chips.

Oh, and sorry that I listed it here, I have no idea why but it was the one they suggested and I wasn't paying much attention so I just zipped through that screen.
Anyway I don't know why so many people hate on pork rinds. I eat them sometimes for the protein because they are cheap and I'm trying to gain weight, but I don't overdo it because of the high sodium content.
