well, basically, death, illness, lack of breath. the air sacs in your lungs get clogged, with tar. The carbon monoxide gets in your bloodstream, making your red blood cells able to carry less oxygen. The nicotine makes you addicted to it, making you wabt it more.

If anything, stop smoking, or don't even start smoking!.
Hoping I saved your life,

Their is no active ingredient in Marijuana that is physically harmful to your body. However, heated matter (smoke) can and will hurt your lungs. This doesn't necessarily mean that it is as harmful as cigarette smoke, like someone had claimed above. As far as mental deterioration, I don't know as much. But what i can tell you is that THC, in marijuana, protects the dieing neurons surrounding mild to severe concussions. Which I am currently suffering from a level 2 concussion and a broken neck. Silly me. I am also skeptical about the cancer thing, however there is currently no cases of cancer, brown lung, or emphysema directly related to Marijuana use.

Sorry, Have you just arrived on the planet?or just become aware of your surroundings, it could not be made more clear to anyone from all the best expert evidence in this country UK,stating very emphatically that smoking can, and does kill.

It is mind boggling to see youngsters still lighting up a cigarette,to even walk past a smoker in the street is horrible, they stink,to put it bluntly.

Tar from the tobacco is absorbed into your bloodstream and transported to vital organs such as the heart, brain and liver, where it builds up. This increases he chances of cancer, strokes and heart attacks. Tar also builds up in lungs, ateries and in the mouth. Carbon monoxide from cigarette smoke prevents the blood from picking up oxygen, leaving you gasping for breath. Nicotine in tobacco is addictive and you soon begin to crave for it, making it difficult to give up smoking.
