eating alot and peeing alot can be normal sometimes...and if your eating to much the gaining will follow...but the nausea shaking and hyperventilating....is weird...you should see a doctor..maybe your really depressed and have bad Anxity... * Frequent urination
* Excessive thirst
* Extreme hunger
* Unusual weight loss
* Increased fatigue
* Irritability
* Blurry vision
those are the signs of diabetes ...so if you have more then 2 symptoms i guess just see a doctor...then you will know for sure...good luck

the only conclusive way to diagnose diabetes is by a glucose tolerance test, borrowing someones glucose tester is not an adequate way, if you do though ensure you change the lancet before and after finger pricking. glucose tolerance test is pretty simple, you go to hospital fasting your blood sugar is checked the you are given a drink of glucose and after i hour or so blood sugar checked again to see how your body is dealing with the glucose. please make sure you do see a doctor very soon it may or may not be diatbest but you are obvioulsy worried and its always best to deal with situations when you are geared with the right information. Good luck

If you are urinating more than normal, say more than 3 or 4 times a day, that's one of the symptoms of diabetes as is the gaining weight. You are young, so if you can get control of it now you'll be ahead of it. Juvenile diabetes is a large problem. Tell your parents about your symptoms and that you'd like to see a Dr. about it. It's great to hear that you are a pre teen and aware of the symptoms.
Good Luck, ;-)

Could it be possible that you have anxiety as well..there are so many things that can cause what you are experiencing it is better to get it checked out for your own peace of mind. The majority of the time it is not serious but as humans we always think of the most serious things first.
Go see a doctor who can diagnose you properly.

You should go see the doc!! I agree with your friend.

Some of your symptoms follow the hypoglycemic side and some follow the hyperglycemic side. You can only know for sure if you go to the doctor.

And it could be something else entirely.

Symptoms are for hypoglycemia where glucose level goes down and you feel hungry. You should go for test. In this condition you eat more and gain weight.

See your doctor immediately. Only he can decide for sure if you have diabetes or not. However I think it might be something else.
