No, that is wrong to say. It strongly depands of the type of congenital error. The small defects, if treated well, have a good prognosis, but not excellent. In the future most of them will need surgery eventually. And regarding the large defects, even with early surgery the life will be shorter. However, it mainly depends on the type of congenital disease, and it is not possible to say, with the information given, that the future is bright or not. The possibility remains.

YES!!! there is! But, I will say that is does indeed depend on the type of CHD and the severity of CHD, along with the babies general health. 90% of CHD babies will eventually have to have some kind of heart surgery and some will not make it through but most will. The future is becoming brighter with technology and advanced treatments for babies with CHD. But it does depend. MOST CHD'ers have a bright future =)

I am not a doctor b but yes why not. These children have the same rights like normal kids. I do understand that there are limitations on their lifestle.
In this time, I am sure there are ainvasive and Non Invasive procedures avialble.

Generally yes, the future is perfectly bright, sometimes surgery is the best cure and is generally very effective. However it does depend on the specific problem and whether there are other problems also.
