The easy answer is no.
But there are many factors that are involved in the "real" answer. Among these are your size (weight, height), what was in the "soup," and your activity level. While the food you ate today is low in calories, it could be a tiny bit bad, or horrible- depending upon the previous factors.
Other things to consider:
Are you trying to lose weight? If so, super light diets will usually fail because you will rebound to your normal eating habits.
Was your diet today just because today is Thanksgiving and you were waiting until a bigger meal?
Also- Keeping hydrated is good- but don't believe the hype about drinking eight 8 ounce glasses of water or whatever... we get some of the water/hydration we need from foods with water content (like veggies).
Speaking of which, you should eat more veggies. And I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian- but "greens" are an important source of many nutrients.
Another thing about water- don't assume that bottled water is better than tap water- it may be more convenient, but it often is just tap water from another city that has been bottled and sent to yours. Some of it is better, but the biggest brands are the biggest rip-offs.

The amount you need depends on what you do during the day. But really your intake doesn't sound enough for anyone.
I eat more than that while i'm THINKING about what to have for breakfast.
This site is worth a surf for an hour, it explains nutrients, protein, iron etc. What they do for us, how much we need and where a veggie diet gets them from.

Maybe you could buy a veggei cookbook. That might spark some interest in cooking from basic ingredients rather than pre-made "dinner meals". Its a cliche, but home cooked food really is much better for you, and tastes so much nicer.
Best of luck with it.

No you cant possible be getting all your nutrients from that. You didn't say what this lein cuisine contained but still, where are your 5 portions of fruit and veg? It also looks like you need more protein and carbs and just about everything else. Hopefully the toast was at least one portion of wholegrains if it was wholegrain bread.

You could eat more. I'd say you're watching for calories, right?
What's in the soup? Is it package? Try to eat fresh homemade soup instead, it's much better for you.
You could add some lightly steamed or raw vegetables to this, they are very low in calories. You could also try lowfat yoghurt. For protein, you could try 25g of mixed nuts - high in oils but these are very healthy oils, unlike the saturated fat you get in butter, for example.
It's good that you're drinking plenty of water.
Those lean cuisine things are crap. Learn how to cook, I did, and I'm a recovering bulimic. I took the time to learn about what's good for me and what isn't and as a result I feel much better and healthier. The fresher the food, the better.
Yes, I think you definitely need to eat more. I would say that if you continue to eat like this, you will be very ill.

make sure you eat 100% whole wheat/grain toast..don't insert any of that bleached refined white flour into your body..nope nope..it's horrible! what kind of soup?..hopefully vegetable soup=] if not them..hm anyways, where are your fruits and vegetables?!?! ...and not only is this not enough, but your main meal (the lean cuisine) is nothing but bad and overly-processed junk packed with sodium and the unhealthy fats! look up vegan/vegetarian daily meal-menus(FOR FREE!) online...it sounds like you need some help planning until you get used to it, but don't worry it's pretty easy and you'll learn to eat right&enough without having to make a menu in advance in no time=]..but in the meantime..re-search nutrition, you can learn a lot. good luuuck! :o) xoxoxo

No you don't eat enough. Leaving aside the fact that you didn't have any fresh food, it isn't enough food for anyone, even if they stay in bed all day.
Your other Q&A give information you don't share here - that you are 17, thin, obsessed with your weight (your words) and have tried to lose weight by self-induced vomiting.
You have asked more than once if you have an eating disorder - it's clear you do, and you need professional advice.

seriously id get some fresh stuff in there hey.
packaged foods are no substitute for a meal made from whole produce.
some fruit would be good, maybe an apple and a banana with breakfast?
i would want to get some leafy green vegetables, some avocado and some grated root vegetables like carrot and beetroot too.

No, it is not.
I'm not sure how much you need to consume,it depends on your body type and age. I know that it is at least 1300 calories and you are nowhere near that.
Talk to a nutritionist to modify your diet healthily.

It really depends on what you consider "enough". Do you mean enough calories? I could eat 3 pieces of (vegan) cheesecake and have enough calories. Do you mean enough nutrients? No. You need more REAL food (fruits & vegetables) and less packaged crap.
