Yes, in a way.

You can buy meaty-flavoured broths that are completely vegetable sourced quite easily. All the larger grocery stores in my area sell the McCormick's vegetarian "beef" and "chicken" broths which have, at no time, been made out of meat or animal products.

Vegetarians can also get vegetable or mushroom broth quite easily.

As for the regular broths made from meat? No. It would defeat the purpose of being a vegetarian a bit.

No, chicken broth is cooked chicken. Just because there's no chunks of flesh in there doesn't mean there's not chicken in there We eat vegetable broth and onion broth, etc...

Not if it's flavored with beef/chicken/other animal stock. There are plenty of vegetable broths, though.

Unless they've found a way to boil an animal without killing it, um, no.

p.s. vegetarians CAN consume anything they want. They CHOOSE not to consume dead animals and their parts.
