I use to be on Atkins and lost lots of weight, and I loved being on Atkins it agrees with me. BUT I've turned vegan now coz of what's happening with the animals and all the torture they go through.

Now I am in a pickle, I need a vegan diet that will make me loose weight fast. I am on some medication that makes me put on weight! That's why Atkins was perfect but you can't be on Atkins and vegan!!

Please if you know of a vegan diet do share it with me i am desperate and gaining weight being a vegan.

Many Thanks

Most of the weight you lose on those fast weight loss diets is water weight, and that comes right back on. Healthy weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. You really do not want to lose more than two pounds a week. Eat lots of whole fruits and vegetables--apples, for example, are little fiber powerhouses, and fiber fills you up. Drink lots of water and cut out sodas.

You might want to talk with your doctor about the weight gain with your medication. S/he can either prescribe an alternate medication or advise you on ways to mitigate that side effect.

I discovered the guide to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however more often than not) and doing little or no undertaking, however the weight maintains flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me on the grounds that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. I've not ever bought something like this earlier than on the grounds that they're almost always filled with trash, however 3WD has been a first-rate shock. Get began at present!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Being a vegan could mean you still eat foods high in sugar, and when you don't burn it off, it'll convert to fat. You need to eat a variety of breads(?), vegetables, fruits and nuts. You may be lacking in some nutrients (that you get from meats, eggs and dairy products) that may slow down your weight loss process.
Are you really a vegan though? Vegans change their whole lifestyle, not just their diet. So no wool, silk, leather, gelatin and medicines used for animal testing 0_o
Just do a vegetarian diet, that way it's not so restrictive.

patience!

You'll probably hear this more than once, but going vegan in and of itself helps balance weight. It may not be as fast as you want, but fast weight loss is not the healthiest for you. When I originally went vegan (I'm vegetarian now) I lost 30 lbs in 2 months. It was mostly because I had loads of energy and was running a lot, but I did lose a lot of weight. Just take your time and stick with it. You will feel great and get to a healthy weight. Good luck.

If you are looking to go vegan (which is a lifestyle, not just a diet) to lose weight, you won't make it. Pick another fad.
