Mia...PLEASE.....yes, If your are being faithful, but what if he is not, I know you dont want to think this . But here are the facts if your not sleeping around and have a std, than he is and gave it to you! You gotta use a sleeve.....soon his penis is going to look like a foot!

If you don't have an STD and he doesn't have an STD and neither one of you stray, you are unlikely to get one from each other. Now there are instances where you could catch crabs from a toilet seat or some freak way you catch it. But none the less, it's best to use protection for YOURSELF and your future children.

If you both were managomous and virgins, then no way. However, don't ever believe someone was a virgin or someone is faithful to you because they told you so. That is how most people get diseases, they trust liars.
