There is no combination of blood tests, xrays, CT scans, MRI's, etc. that can reveal everything about the body. Unfortunately, the body is complex enough that we cannot understand everything that's going on with it... no matter how much testing we do.
Regrettably, that means we all have to come to grips with the fact that we can never be 100% sure that we don't have a silent illness or the very beginning of a serious disease..
Just do the stuff that a reasonable doctor recommends and then forget about it and enjoy life.

A regular blood test will not test for a lot of heart problems, like cholesterol. It is always a good idea when going for a blood test to go for a full panel. Make sure you request this with a doctor. Some tests only test your white blood cells, plat-let count, screen for disease or heart disease. A full panel should give you a pretty accurate view of your health.

No, the regular blood chemistry will tell you some
medical information. There are specific blood based
tests that the doctor may order if he/she want to
comprehensively diagnose your illness.
I believe getting all the blood tests known will be
prohibitably expensive.

Regular tests don't figure everything out. You might have to take an advanced one

A regular blood test only measures certain things... that's why when you go to the doctor they not only take blood, but you might have to do a urine test, or they might also take swabs from your mouth, etc.
