I'm a 25 year old female and I'm going to climb or walk Story Bridge in Brisbane in 1 month's time, anyone knows how to build stamina for 777 metres (2,549 ft) bridge climbing?

Just walk up and down flights of steps a few times a week.
It won't be that difficult an exercise, but you may get sore calf muscles the day after, if you haven't exercised before hand.
I've not done the Storey bridge, but have done the Syd Harbour Bridge.

Are you serious? It's a bridge. It's got no elevation. It is a walk not a climb. Why are you here?

Story bridge is in austrlia and 777 meters is not that far. If your are a 25yr old female and can not walk that far quit going to McDonalds.
