by the way, don't waste your time just telling me to go to the doctors. i've already been there for this specific problem i'm having and they simply didn't do any good. and they ask too many questions and something goes wrong with me and i end up not answering them correctly due to my nervousness [[is that a word]] and i come out leaving with information that i already knew before.

When my nephew was 7 he started doing that also upon exertion, thank goodness his mother is an R.N. because she took him to the Doctor and he ended up having a very serious heart condition called ,"Hypertrophicardio Myopathy"( not sure if that is the correct spelling) The muscle around the heart starts to deteriorate.Since he was first diagnosed with that, he has had to endure many surgeries, had a valve replaced, pace maker put in,They even removed some of the muscle from around his heart,he has also had a defibrillator put in.Even being constipated would cause shortness of breath. I realize you are quite young and am probably scaring the daylights out of you,but I would have you tell your parents what I just wrote and follow up with your D.R. My nephew will be 24 in March. This is very hard to diagnose and requires many tests.
There is a website......www.cardiomyopathy.org
I was just at that website.scroll down to almost the bottom of the page where it says,"symptoms" one of them is shortness of breath upon exercise.Good luck to you and please feel free to email me and I can put you in touch with my sister in law, whose son has this disease.

I basically have the same problem, but I smoke (I didn't when it started). I went to the doctor, and they did nothing. Then one day at school it got really bad and I thought I was going to faint, so I went to the nurse and she said to drink a cup of hot water slowly because it'll help open your airway. But if I can't get to the kitchen for the hot water, I lay down flat with my head tilted a little bit back (like in CPR) and it opens my airway also.

I'm sure you have a breathing disorder (I doubt it's anxity attacks because it happens so often) and I know you don't want to hear about the doctor...but your parents should keep pushing for answers. A breathing test could solve it.

It is possible that you might have asthma. Have your mom or dad take you in to see a doctor and also have your blood pressure checked.
I hope you get better soon.

Anxiety disorder is a common cause of this.
