No, it's quite good for diabetics... especially the white (breast) portion.

Turkey is one of the best meats for a diabetic to eat because it is low on carbs I have a mother that is class 2 and a cousin that is class 1 diabetic so I have been around them quite awhile to be aware of what they can and cannot eat.

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/5yEBx
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

Your blood glucose is totally fine, so don't worry about eating anything different unless you start seeing those numbers start to creep up over 100. Diabetics should focus on lean meats and veggies, with starchy veggies, breads, cereals, milk, fruit, and pasta eating in modest quantities. Less than 30-35g of carb per meal usually works well.

turkey is a protein meat like chicken, fish, beef, lamb, etc.

None of us should over indulge in a good thing. Serving size should be about 3 to 6 ounces.
