what do you mean by fluid around the heart...congestive heart failure?...fluid in the sac around the heart?...

Heart is suspended in a sac which is called pericardium, this contains Calcium fluid, this fluid acts like a shock absorber.
To have a fluid around heart is normal & necessary to reduce sudden shocks and jerks to heart when we run or fall.
