A work colleague/friend of mine is having his 21st Birthday in December and i have said i will arrange something as a surprise but I can't think of anything to do. We are already having a party so can't do a surprise party and we are not going anywhere that would be suitable for a stripper! Help Please!

Instead of the limo go for a hummer. Same idea but bigger and more acceptable for a guy i think.

Definately a fancy dress party - the theme should be related to one his hobbies or the 80's as that's when he was born/grew up...
Also try and get hold of some embarrassing/cringy photos to photocopy and give out to everyone...

Why don't you do a Christmas Bran Tub - get everyone to buy and wrap a really cheap tacky present (what £ shops were created for!) and after dinner all pick out a gift (could be made into a drinking game forefit)......

fancy dress is always fun my friend for her 21st had a free fancydress and everyone was dead original or you can have a themed one like movie stars which is fun or arabian nights or something

why not make her a friends scrap book or something. hunt out old pics of her and get old friends to leave notes..
She will always have it and she will see the thought and time you have put in...
Do it like this is your life!! leave is empty at the end for her to add to it..
