Lots of places.
Search for "grass fed" beef or poultry.

Here are two.
www.nimanranch.com (West coast)
www.polyfacefarms.com (Shenandoah Valley, Virginia)

um, a local farm would be a good place to start? I am assuming you know you placed this in the vegetarian and vegan forum. Being as it's hunting season, you'll find some tasty free-range meat walking about the woods.

I'm vegan myself, but I support any kind of improvement. I highly recommend Eatwellguide.org. "Free range" on its own is a crock. You'll find local, small farms where the animals are pasture raised & appropriately fed. :)

Wild Ideas, Thundering Hooves are two farms where you can mail-order. Check out your local co-op if there is one. Also, Whole Foods.
