I am vegan, and sometimes I eat just regular things like cereal (with soymilk, ricemilk, or almond milk) or oatmeal. Other times I'll have fruit or toast (with peanut butter, jelly, or soy butter). And when I have more time to cook breakfast, I'll sometimes make scrambled tofu or pancakes (all vegan of course).

I'm really bad. I don't eat breakfast usually. We're talking I have a bottle of diet Dr. Pepper and call it breakfast. When I'm good, I have Golden Grahams and Ezekiel cereal with dairy or soy milk. I've never been a huge breakfast fan, but really, to vegetarians, the only traditional brekkie foods off-limits are the pork products (sausage, bacon, and ham).

I'm not vegetarian, but I do make a breakfast from tofu that my son loves.
I just slice a block of firm or extra firm tofu into slices about a half of an inch thick. Then I sprinkle on cinammon and sugar and cook them in a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. I serve them with a little syrup and they're just like french toast.
Maybe not the healthiest way to serve tofu ever, but WAY better then actual french toast. And a good source of protein.

I'm a toast and tea girl but on especially good days I'll make myself a tomato and basil tofu scramble, slather on some vegan butter onto two pieces of toast and have a lovely breakfast sandwich. Along with some tea or OJ and fruit.
Also oatmeal is always a good standby, but i play it up by stirring in some cinnamon and soy milk or raspberry jam mmmmm!

cereal, soy milk and pancakes, morningstar farms has artificial sausage, bacon and hot dogs.
So pretty much what everyone else eats.
I do eat eggs but I would not buy them in the store. Where they torture chickens in small cages. I purchase them from a neighbor who has free range chickens. The eggs are not fertilized they remove the roosters.
It is a matter of selecting foods that are actually good for us.

Eat want you want. But some times you start to fill up on carbs, so you must watch out. For breakfast I usually eat Kashi cereal, with fat-free milk.

Variety of things. Sometimes I'll make pancakes (regular, or banana with walnuts [<---my fave!]), toast, tofu scramble (kinda like scrambled eggs), breakfast "sausages" or "patties"... or sometimes I'll be lazy and eat cereal with some soy or rice milk.
