As a diabetic you should be advised to eat several small meals a day. Hopefully you are following a good diabetic diet. Walking after meals is great, however you should wait til your food had digested at least 30 minutes before walking.
The chest pain and SOB may be caused from your high Bp.Regular check-up with your Dr is required on a monthly basis. keep a diary of your Bp readings and show your Dr each visit along with your diabetic glucose readings as well.
I am concerned about the chest pains, your cholesterol may be up as well, could cause Angina which is a dull ache in the chest almost feeling like contraction pain in the heart. Please discuss this with the Dr next visit. if you experience these symptoms more than usual if could be more than just hypertension. Are you on medications for diabetes and hypertension? What is your weight and your height? if you don't mind.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Saturated fat is the main dietary cause of high blood cholesterol. Saturated fat is found mostly in foods from animals such as beef, beef fat, veal, lamb, pork, lard, poultry fat, butter, cream, milk, cheeses and other dairy products. Foods from plants that contain saturated fat include coconut, coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil (often called tropical oils), and cocoa butter.
High cholesterol causes high blood pressure. The best thing for high cholesterol is Losing weight. A plant-based diet in conjunction with a properly conducted fast most often leads to a total recovery or a vast improvement in hypertension and angina.

Go to ER immediately.
You are lucky. A lot of people dont have any symptom of heart disease until it's too late, and dont delay and hope the problem will go away, because it didnt. Better be more suspicious.
