A list of what to get at the grocery store would really depend on what food you were making during the week.

A healthy snack that I enjoy eating are edamame. You can get them in most grocery stores. I think almost any fresh vegetable is a good snack. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, etc can be eaten with a low cal dressing or dip, which makes a very healthy and easy snack.

If you are looking for something in the prepackaged form, rice/corn cakes are low in calories/fat/etc. They come in a few flavors now. Popcorn is always a good healthy snack(not the "butter" drenched ones), but air popped, or lite.

Amy's brand frozen foods and soups. I especially like the lentil soup and the veggie one. As for dinners, I ADORE the veggie loaf and the Cheddar Cheese Bowl (try also the Pasta Shells bowl). Amy's is organic and lacto-vegetarian (no meat, no eggs).

Terra Chips are fun, but not very healthy. They're a step up from regular potato chips, as they use a variety of root vegetables. They're great, but still deep-fried. Stick to one bag.

My favorite snack is hummus with veggies. Brands selection may vary. My favorite is Athenos. The Roasted Garlic is out of this world. I also like the red pepper one. They're great with all kinds of crunchy things.

Pick up some teriyaki sauce. I like Soy Vay. It's good for quick dinners. Rice, sauteed frozen veggies, sauce... easy meal. I also use it to replace the seasoning packet for ramen.

Another one is cashew butter with all-fruit apricot preserves. Great on anything wheaty. Mmm. There you go. A few of my "I'm lazy but want something good" ideas.
