Really hope it does not overflow

What do I do with the plunger?
I tried pushing it up and down but it doesn’t seem to do anything

I did not do it

I had a mini party and someone used the restroom in my parent’s room and I need to clean it before he comes and finds out

Well the water is running clear but there’s hardly any water in the bowl so I am going to fill it up with water from the sink and then when one of my parents is going to use the restroom
If something wrong happens they will think they did it :)

If you have a plunger then that will do the trick. If you do not take whatever it is that you use to clean your toilet. Use that to loosen up the jammed up toilet paper. Make sure it is unclogged though before you flush it again or you may have a mess on your hands.

Good Luck!

Use a plunger.. Stick the rubber part over the drain opening, push up and down a couple times until it looks cleared, and flush. Make sure its completely cleared, or the toilet will overflow, and you'll have a huge mess to clean up. If the toilet is already close to overflowing, scoop some of the water out until the bowl is about 1/2 way full. Otherwise you'll get nasty water all over yourself and the floor. Good luck!

Go get a plunger. Borrow from a neighbor. Heck, maybe they'll do the dirty work for you, too.

Stick the rubber cup end into the toilet (hold your breath!) and squish it around the hole in the bottom. Push it down. Pull it back up. You're not trying to touch the block with the plunger, you're trying to create pressure. If you do it right, you'll only have to do it once or twice before it works. The pressure you build up will dislodge whatever is causing the trouble. It'll be okay.

go get a wire coat hanger and un bend it so it will go down the toilet. just keep pushing until it finally flushes it self.
DO NOT RESHAPE THE HANGER AND PUT IT BACK IN THE CLOSET
