I think cupcakes made with carrot cake or pumpkin mix (they sell them in the box) would be delicious topped with cream cheese frosting.

Fast and easy...no problem. I don't think it's expensive either. This recipe is for one 9" pie but can be increased easily.
1 Graham cracker pie crust
1 can Sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 envelope Kool-aid (your choice of flavors)
1 8oz Cool Whip
Combine the milk and Kool-aid. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Refrigerate. The crusts come with a cover for transporting.

I agree with the brownies. Let's do one step further though. I guarantee these will be loved by all. It's not hard either. Make brownies according to box directions. Get Cream cheese frosting and spread on semi cooled brownies. In large pot mix one bag of milk choc. chip and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. melt. once melted fold in 3 cups rice krispie cereal (add more if needed until mixture is thick). spread over the frosting on the brownies. cool and cut in the morning. I can usually get 25 out of these so you may want to make two batches. or go by pillsbury choc chip cookie dough and make choc chip cookies. frost them and add sprinkles. cheap and easy and fast.

Butterscotch Pudding Dessert
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/8 cups chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 cups milk
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a bowl, cream together margarine with 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Mix in flour and 1 cup pecans. Press into prepared dish.
Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until very lightly browned. Cool completely.
In a bowl, cream together cream cheese with remaining 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Stir together pudding mix and milk and allow to set up slightly. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Keep refrigerated.
You will need more than one for 50 people.
You can change the pudding flavor to lemon, chocolate, pistachio, etc.
Chocolate chip cookies go over well, 2 batches make 6 dozen.

This my own that I share with everyone enjoy. Happy Turkey Day to all :)
Tonya's cookie bars
This is a great recipe ! You can do many substitutions you want to this recipe. Works with chocolate chip cookie dough, sugar cookie dough. I prefer the sugar cookie.
1-2 per made rolled cookie dough
(1 for smaller cookie sheet)
1-2 8oz containers of cool whip
1-2 8oz. Packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup of sugar
1 bar of chocolate melted.
I have used any thing from milk chocolate Dove bar to semi sweet baking chips. Use what you love
fresh fruit or canned
cover cookie sheet with foil for easy removal.
Per made cookie dough (Pillsbury , toll house)
I use 2 rolls for large cookie sheet.
Spread out dough on to bottom of pan. Bake as directed.
Let cool in pan. Once cooled
melt a bar of chocolate in microwave. Spread onto top of cookies. Once chocolate is set
mix together cool whip, cream cheese and sugar.
Spread on top of the chocolate. Cool 1 hour remove cookies from pan and cut into 1 inch squares top with any kind of fruit. Mandarin oranges, kiwi, blueberry, raspberry all work great.

Cheese cake on a sheet cake pan is always a hit and so are bar cookies they serve a larger group and cast as much to make as 2 mixes from the store or a doubled ingredient list from your cookbook. Good Luck!

I think cookies may be the best option all around; you can bake a number of different types of cookies, smaller sized portions to just pop into your mouth. You can arrange a fruit salad....always a great option, bake bite sized brownies, mini muffins, or even banana, choc. chip loaves, easy to slice.
Hope this helps.
