why does it hurt everytime I breathe in?

everytime I breathe in the air,the back of my head and both sides of my nose hurt.like if the air's entering under very high pressure into my nose????

I have this happen when the relative humidity is too low and the air is cold and dry. It causes sinus inflammation and I use normal saline drops to soothe it.
