Of course why not, it is one of the main causes of coronary artery diseases (CAD). It causes thickening of the blood early changes of blood vessels.
Avoid Alcohol, and do regular exercise, cut down weight,eating habits, and lead a disciplined life.

Beer isn't going to cause harm. In fact it may help your arteries. But if you have too much alchohal your liver will cut out first.
In the 1800's then people first started coming to this country they worked hard and drank hard. Most of these people lived to they 80's and 90's.
Exersices is the key.

Yes SIR :) avoid Alcohol now. The benefits of red wines on your health are just a myth. Italian & French walk a lot and eat a lot of veggies. Red wine by itself does not explain the phenomen of them having few heart attacks. You can find more benefits in pomegranates than red wine without the alcohol issues. Stay away from drinking , it will kills your arteries as it fragilize them it will screw up your liver.
