my daughter is on stratra 100mg for 3 years now for ADD, she now can't walk without a walker she may have orthostrtic tremors, can it be caused by stratra?

Yes, it can cause tremors as it acts like adrenaline on the brain resulting in stimulation of cerebellar cortex.
