Yeah babe, that's dehydrated chicken fat and MSG. You don't want to be eating that even if you aren't a vegetarian. The only Ramen flavor that doesn't list meat in the ingredients is the "Oriental" flavor, but it has "natural flavors" that can legaly be anything from pork fat to god-knows-what. Other things you want to look out for as you READ LABELS are geletan and rennet (boiled skin and bones/young cow's stomach lining). Anything that says "natural chicken/pork/beef/fish flavoring" is made with meat.

How about, 2 types of meatballs for an entree, turkey and beef, with a couple of different dips, (Miniature ones) serve on 1 platter over some shredded lettuce Lemon Chicken, served over rice, add some cucumber to the sauce if you wish Sweets: Use the can of evaporated milk to make a cheat's "creme brulee", just boil the can for a couple of hours, you do need to be very careful doing this. Tip: Keep a general supply of veggies in the crisper, would have been a bit easier, carrots, celery, what's in season, generally Have fun

Yes, it is made from chickens..
The oriental flavor of Top Ramen is vegan, though. Make sure you get the brand Nissin, the others have beef in them.

Generally speaking it wil be dried chicken and yeast.
You woudl need to check with each specific manufacturer.
You are right though, a veggie needs to avoid these meat-based products.

I think the name "powdered cooked chicken" pretty much says it all. I'd stay away from those instant noodles as they are really nutrionally dead. they may be vegetarian/vegan, they may contain real meat/meat by products but practically zero in nutritional value. you are better off making your own broth (veggie in your case) and simmering quality fresh or dried egg or ramen noodles from your local asian/oriental store.

Yes.
A much better idea is to buy the noodles (at Asian market or many regular stores have them now) and cook them yourself in veggie stock with your own choice of vegetables. Much tastier and healthier.

Yes. If it says chicken, it is. Chicken stock powder is made from chicken fat mixed with corn starch.
If it is fake, it will say so ("artificial chicken flavor")
