does any one have any lactose free recipes?????? I have loads but i would like to try some more......

Well, if a recipe calls for cows' milk, you can use soy milk measure for measure.

For cream, you can take silken yogurt and liquidize it in a blender.

For cream cheese, Tofutti makes a vegan brand.

And any vegan cookbook will have plenty of recipes without lactose.
