The old pacemaker caused a sever drop in blood pressure. Since a new one was put in, the blood pressure has been high (147/92). Could this be caused by the new pacemaker? The last doctor that checked said only one chamber was working of the 2 chamber pacemaker. The technician said nothing was wrong.?????

NO, high BP is disease of arteries, where as pace maker has only to maintain your sinus rhythm of your heart not below 60 heart beats /minute.

No way.
You got to go back to that place and ask for another technician who knows better.
The new pacemaker is wrongly regulated.
Your blood pressure is not right.
If you can't get any response ask for the supervisor, be mad....until things are done right.
And I believe you need a new pacemaker, with all the chambers working just fine.
