Consider buying The Vegetarian Sports Nutrition Guide by Lisa Dorfman. It's got great information on the dietary needs of athletes and how to meet them without the meat.

Don't eat too much shortly before your game. Make sure you're well-hydrated.

I would suggest making sure you get a good balance of fat, protein, and carbs in the morning. Peanut butter toast or something. After that, keep it pretty light. Don't eat within the hour before the game probably. Running on a full stomach isn't always great.

If you're leaning on having pasta for dinner, make sure it is whole grain pasta, so you have complex carbs instead of simple carbs-(bleached pasta/white rice) You could also get some spinach and put it in the pasta when the noodles are done cooking, they will wilt just perfectly, instead of shrinking up completely.
A great breakfast is fresh, organic fruit. Maybe an apple, and a banana. If you're really hungry some dry granola with ground flax seeds. I wouldn't want to eat directly before the game, so maybe a couple hours after breakfast have a light lunch consisting of a salad-(romaine lettuce, bean sprouts, spinach, some carrots and sunflower seeds, and broccoli is always GREAT!, and cucumber and zucchini are great in salads too)
And as you probably know, and hopefully do, always drink plenty of water every day.
Good luck with your game!

I wouldn't eat too much carbs cuz it would give u alot of sugar hence a rush, and you might get burned out tomarrow. Since you are a veggie I suggest you stock up on tofu and other protein for tonight and tomarrow. And do alot of stretches.

My dad is a soccer coach however I've only played once sad hmm xD I'm a veggie but he eats meat, and he eats alot of protein before a game.

pasta is a good choice before strenuous activities because it gives your bodies the carbs that it needs. Tomorrow do water, fruits and veggies. You do not want to have the carbs tomorrow because it will make you tired.
