No. Tofu does not taste like cheese. It can be used as a textural substitute for some kinds of cheese, but it doesn't taste a thing like it. Nutritional yeast apparently tastes kind of like parmesan, but I've never tried it.

No it doesn't, tofu actually will taste pretty much like whatever you cook it with...but there is vegan cheese s it can be hard ot find though but look around the stores and it might be in a health food store near you.

Tofu tastes like whatever you cook it in. Other that that it has no flavor. However they do make many varieties of vegan "cheeses". Look for them at your local supermarket. My personal favorite cheese substitute is yogurt cheese.

There are nice veggie cheeses... they are good and taste like cheese. They come in blocks and they come in slices for sandwiches.

Not at all. it actually doesn't tatse like much unless you marinate it. But, they have vegan cheese. Just look around. It should be in the produce section.

No, but there are vegan cheeses available.

The flavor of cheese is from a complex mix of butyric acid, valeric acid, other fatty acids and free amino acids, including glutamic acid.

(Some of these fatty acids are also present in dirty socks)
