is menthol a bad cigarette due to adding flavor? i know there are holes on all so called light cigarettes, but is it worse for your lungs due to more oxygen getting in the lungs? i know smoking is bad for you. i just want to know which type and why its worse on your lungs than others.

supposibly menthol makes your lungs bleed.. but helps when you have cough... when you smoke lights, you actually smoke more.. the "safest" cigarette is the native ones, or the ones grown and rolled not been done by big corps where they spray all the gunk on them...

There isnt a safer cigarette. None are better are worse on the lungs. They are all completely damaging to the lung tissue.

The only kind of Cigarettes that are healthy for you are at the Five and Dime store. They are called Candy Cigarettes...
