I want to make a variety of Christmas cookies, bars, etc. and want to freeze them. What are some that freeze well?

Sugar cookies, snickerdoodles, fudge all freeze well. So do russian teacakes. Hope this helps.

Most will freeze well as long as you make sure they are well sealed. If they are to be frosted or filled do so after you have defrosted them.

I also freeze the dough before hand. Most drop cookies can be rolled into a log in plastic wrap and frozen then cooked like slice and bake cookies.

most any will freeze well if they dont' have icing, chocolate drizzles/icing, or jelly filing.
