Sounds like HPV or warts to me. Take a look at this picture and see if there is any resemblance in look (not necessarily location). They also tend to by 'fleshy' rather then hard so its very likely. Its not the end of the world, outbreaks are easily controlled and treated.
Good luck.

It sounds like you may have HPV. HPV, which stands for Human Papillomavirus, is a very common viral STD that affects both men and women. It is spread through skin to skin contact. The main symptoms of HPV in males and females are small, raised, flesh colored bumps along the shaft and/or base of the penis, and around the vagina. In women, an abnormal pap smear likely means that you have HPV cells on the cervix.
HPV can lie dormant in the body for years and never cause any symptoms or show up on a pap smear or an STD test. There is no cure but with creams and other treatments, the abnormal cells can be controlled.
You really should see a doctor for this.

This is due to infection on the penis. Might have come when in contact with female ,or developed after night pollusin. This wart like thing is due to virus/bactiria breeding under skin of penis.Temporarily a skin specialist can apply a paste and it can go but may reappear again since full cleaning is not possible under skin. The beast remody is to get penis circumcised it will go copletely since bactiria /virus can not hide . Consult a urologist.

It's not just feminists. Most women and girls have no problem making fun of small penises. It's become a sport among the female population. Some do it vindictively others only do it jokingly but the outcome is the same. The suicide rate among boys is four times that of girls. Think about it.

Sounds like warts or herpes. It also could be syphillus and THAT is big bad news. Go get checked now for medication that can cure or control whatever STD it sounds like you've gotten. You should also have your partner get checked, or you'll both pass it back and forth until it does major damage.
Good luck and get well.

Dude, get to the doctor! Anything growing on your penis is bad!
The quicker you get it checked out, the better off you'll be.

Could be ballinitis. Does it have a burning, itchy sensation? Try an anti-fungal cream but in truth the first stop should be your GP.
