I'm HIV positive. I live in Brooklyn and I know that NYC has the highest population for AIDS. It's actually a benefit for me, there's a lot of medical/psychological help, support groups, etc.

Do you mean percentage of the town or largest population??
Percentage wise: I heard it was a town below or near Ocechobee Fl, because there are alot of illegal hatian immigrants there and almost everyone in the town has AIDS
Largest would probably be Los Angeles or New York
