Probably Southern/Creole/Cajun cuisine although I'm originally from Cali and moved to Pacific Northwest. Why, because it is varied, have strong flavors, and perfect comfort food. But then again, I habitually consume cereals for dinner when I don't have time to cook so what do I know...

American ...... cuz I love hotdogs, cheeseburgs, pizza. I love other cuisine, but just a few dishes each. There is more on the Ameican cuisine that I eat, I guess cuz I'm American

Chinese - because it's spectacular and varied. I love duck, prawns, eggs, vegetables and jasmine tea, amongst everything else.
Indian - the hotter the better and because naan bread and mango chutney are perfect food items.

hmmm mexican is good, but sometimes chinese at the take out deli, at the grocery store.. maybe applebees? i don't know but i am hungry and all alone ! ahh i found a beer .. never mind .
