Some of those you can get at any grocery store. Some you can get at Whole Foods, Wild Oats or Trader Joe's. Try going to the website of the products in question and they usually have a store finder for you. You can also go to vegdining.com or happycow.com and search for stores that carry certain brands.
seeveggiesdifferently.com = Morningstar
tofurkey.com
quorn.co.uk scroll down to bottom of page where it says international and click on that for the country you want.
tastethedream.com
silksoymilk.com
gardenburger.com
tofutti.com
lightlife.com
amys.com
bocaburger.com
8thcontinent.com
followyourheart.com

I added Amy's and 8th Continent for you, these are good brands too. I agree with the person below about making food yourself and don't rely too heavily on premade stuff.

Edit: OK now I admit this isn't an award winning answer but there is nothing wrong with it and I didn't deserve a thumbs down. I am giving this person a helpful answer. It doesn't usually bother me if I get a thumbs down, but this is ridiculous.

I've seen silk in about every grocery store i've been in because a lot of lactose intolerant people drink it. * I love the chocolate*
but for the other products, I would say either whole foods or traders joe's. I know trader joe's has sells vegan burgers/chick'n so chances are they have the other products you're looking for.

Check out www.happycow.net to find vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants and natural food stores near you.

You can get Vegan Gourmet Follow Your Heart Cheese (and other vegan goodies) at www.veganessentials.com or www.veganstore.com.

Silk, Gardenburger, Morningstar Farms and Amy's Kitchen are sold at many conventional grocery stores. I've seen a few Lightlife products at my local Safeway.

I think Tuno been discontinued, as I haven't seen it available for a long time. I recently found out that Now & Zen has gone out of business. That website is clearly a little out of date.

If there are absolutely no other food stores nearby that you can check out, I would ask the grocer if they'd consider stocking some of the products you're looking to buy.

My wife and I buy our food from multiple grocery stores, each with their own strengths and weaknesses with regard to vegan food as well as online to a limited extent.

If you can, get a good vegan cookbook that has recipes that don't require processed, premade vegan ingredients. Look for one that has basic, easy to find ingredients.
