I have always been the type of person who has low blood pressure and a low heart rate, but for the past two weeks my pulse has been way over 100, highest was 190 (beats a minute), and my blood pressure has been really high, 189/118, i am always nauseaus, dizzy, and light headed, and when i lay on my stomach with my head above my chest, i lose my hearing, like when your ears pop. I dont know what is going on i have been to two different ER's and both doctors were unable to tell me what was wrong...all they said was they didnt know what was going on. Im just hoping that there is someone out there who can tell me something about what is wrong with me. :/

You should see a cardiologist for a holter monitor, so they can tell you what your heart is doing. It could be so many things.
I am curious as to your age because if you are in your late teens or early 20's. You could have developed what is called AV node re entry. Its caused by an accessory path that loops around your AV node. I studied up on this about 5 yrs ago. I had it and recently was ablated for it.
My heart used to start racing like crazy and then by the time I got into the ER, it stopped. They told me everything from I was having panic attacs to too much pop. They were wrong. I ended up seeing a electrophysiologist who diagnosed me in less than 30 seconds when I showed him my EKG strips.

You need to be checked out in the ER. It could be nothing, I've had some of the same problems. had a EKG, echogram etc. Nothing was found except by BP was kinda high and I worry a lot. But don't take chances go to the hospital, they can probably give you some Rx that will make you feel better.
