With the Rival Fountain you have two problems that you'll need to address...

1) Can you turn off the heat? Hot martinis are not a good thing.
2) Can you turn the speed of the pump down enough? Since chocolate is so viscous (thick) it tends to shoot out of the top of most chocolate oriented fountains.

Only if you can turn the heat off. I have heard of punch fountains, which I'm sure could also have martini mix in them. You could always rent one. Try looking up party stores in your area.

To keep the mixture cold it might be best to put those plastic filled ice cubes in the bottom to keep from dilluting your perfect martinis.

I would think that you could... try it with water

BUT

Just as blending too much "bruises" the martini... Would this happen in this case???

Hmmmmmmmmmm ???
