Yes, but it depends on what STD it is.

STDs that are caused by bacteria like syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia can all be cured with antibiotics.

STDs caused by parasites like trichomoniasis, crabs (pubic lice) or scabies can also be cured with medications.

STDs like herpes, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, and HPV are NOT curable. These STDs are caused by viruses and there are NO cures for viruses. There are several different anti-viral medications that can help with the SYMPTOMS of these STDs, but they are not a cure.

Take care!

You can't get rid of STD's, your stuck with them. As for having multiple children, either wait until your child is grown up and the crib dissapears, (30 minutes real time) and try again, or marry another women (or man) and have a baby with them. Just make sure they are someplace where they cant meet eachother. =] Getting a boy or girl is depending on what time you do the deed. I believe it is a boy at dusk, and a girl at dawn.

There are a number of STD's that are not curable, such as herpes, and genital warts. However, the symptoms are treatable. Many other STDs are curable with antibiotics. Please visit your local clinic where a nurse or doctor can give you more information specific to you personally. And don't spread it! Use protection.

Most require treatment. Some left untreated can lead to very bad things! Go to the health department, they will usually not charge you.

Which one? Chlamydia and gonorrhea are treated with simple antibiotics. Herpes outbreaks can be prevented/decreased with antiviral meds. HIV is treated with multiple meds, but not curable.

That depends on what it is. See a doctor. One way to not have to worry about that is not to have unprotected sex.
