I ordered it from an indian restaurant and it's too spicy! The dish was expensive too and I dont want to throw it away! Is there ANY way I can make the sauce less spicy so I can stomach it?

Either drink milk with it or add some sour cream. Dairy is what will squelch the heat factor.

Less sauce, more rice. Make yourself a side of raita. Sometimes vinegar helps. Same goes for sugar. (Not IN the sauce, per sey, but eaten alongside.) Beer and/or milk to drink.
