Okay so you're fasting from dairy and meat products.
I'm a strict vegetarian that doesn't eat meat or dairy so this'll be easy (=
You can be creative and make veggie burgers on whole wheat buns, stir fry with veggies and tofu, broccoli soup, lasanga with spinach, marinara sauce and whole wheat pasta, etc.
To get your protein eat eggs, nuts, and beans...eat them in smaller portions though. Ther's a lot of fats in nuts and egg yolks.
Get crazy with salads. There's so much stuff out there you can put on them like: dried blueberries, soy cheese cubes, mandarins, olives, raw or toasted almonds, julienned beets, etc.
Check out some vegetarian recipes on epicurious.com and remember you can always substitute the dairy products on them. Specialty stores will have soy cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, etc.

The word is "Lenten" I think. A "lentil" is a little brown legume and a "lintel" is architectural.
Do you have any vegetarian bouillon cubes? If so, toss one or two of those in with the water instead of the seasoning packet. If not, try teriyaki sauce. You can drain the noodles first or not, add veggies or not... up to you!

CANNED FOODS!! ...look for loose change and go to the store andd get canned foods! like canned VEGGIES or frozen?
if ur fasting um dont u only have water..chew some ice?
