Go and see your doctor - your symptoms scream diabetes. Have you unintentionally lost any weight recently?

See your doctor - they can do some blood tests and diagnose your problem and then give you the correct course of treatment.

You definitely need to go see your doctor as soon as possible. Most of your complaints are in the list of watch fors for diabetes.

Call and tell the office you need a complete physical and blood workup.

Meanwhile you can try to help yourself by going to low carb lifestyle and doubling your exercise.

I know! telling a tired person to exercise is like shouting at the moon for shining, but in the case of this nature, exercise will make you feel better.

Low carb means quitting the breads, cereals, rices, pastas, potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, and any other starchy veggie you may be eating. Concentrate on a little meat and a lot of salads!!

Good luck and I really do hope you don't join our club!!!

When i first got diabetes i had ALL the same symptoms as you. I drank a lot of water, the loo, deyhaterated head aches and the spots.

what is happening to you is your pancreas stoped working and your drinking water to TRY to flush out ketones. but sense the pancreas keeps your blood sugar under control, and its not working your body is devloping MORE and MORE ketones. you can't die from diabetes, but you can dye from not catching it. go to your local doctor and test your blood sugar TOMMOROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to see your doctor and have blood tests to determine if you are anemic or diabetic; can't be answered just by your symptoms.
