Yes, very easily. It all depends on how much insulin you use, how much you eat, and how much you over correct both your eating AND your insulin. For example, I was 179 before lunch and now an hour later I am 65 and shaky. I eat carefully and adjust accordingly, but apparently I was a little off today. Little things can also affect levels. Three days ago I had a Hep B immunization and later that day I was around 250. The next morning I was fine again. Diabetes can be a tricky disease.

You will never have the exact same number every day.
They go up, they come down and so on.

Once you are educated about diabetes enough you will learn how to adjust your life to deal with fluctuation sugar levels.

Make sure you are seeing and endocrinologist. Diabetes is Not a job for your gp.

Yes, most definitely...that's actually the base problem with diabetes, in that your body can't regulate these levels on its own. Your glucose levels will fluctuate as your body digests each bite of food you have taken in.

sure they can. i can make mine go down from 140 to 80 in 15minutes of ping pong of swimming, or a insulin shot
