They work out the annual risk - by avoiding outbreaks but not using any protection, your risk would be 10% per year, condoms halves this risk to about 5 or 6%.
Taking suppressive therapy like valtrex halves that figure down to 2-3% over a year.
Also, this figure is the risk for men and women combined -women are actually much more likely to catch herpes than men - that is why 1/4 of women have herpes and only 1/5 of men.

I don't think there is an answer for your question; you can get the virus at any time, and you don't know exactly when you got it, so it's hard to give a percentage.
That said, you could get herpes while wearing a condom, but it's rare. If she's not having an outbreak and does not feel an outbreak coming on, it is likely that you will be okay. Herpes is transferable even when she's not having an outbreak, and it could spread to your testicles or any part of your penis that is not covered by the condom. Check yourself for any open sores just to be safe, but you're likely going to be fine.

You're not safe, because condoms break, and outbreaks are often there when she doesn't know it. Get her on meds before further sex. It's not worth the risk to you. I think if she really cared for you, she'd be on the medicine just to keep you safe!
