he is not able to make intercourse because no erection at all or very less erection and immediately discharged after making a few stroke. he was masterbating for many years at the age from 14 to 25 year. now his family life has become worst as he is not able to make intercourse due to no erection.his penis has become thin&small.please suggest what should he do to overcome this problem. a doctor may please advise treatment.

This is a common problem with someone with or without diabetes, especially when they are on medications or insulin and/or the medical conditions are not under good control, and is common with someone his age--erection problems, or erectile dysfunction. This is something he needs to see a doctor about. Also, if the diabetes is not under good/great control, it will make the problem even worse. tell him to take amla ras in hot water daily empty stomach. and not to eat food for two hours ,after that take one apple.must take aloe vera 60 ml daily.
