It would help to know how long you've been taking it. There are literally dozens of medications available....

The best treatment, however, is lots of daily exercise, weight loss, and a high fiber, low fat/low carb diet. (lots of fresh vegetables)

Personally, I only had a few times where Glucophage (Metformin) gave me any problems. I've been taking it for four years, now.

I take metformin which is the generic for that. I have horrible problems with diarhea and upset stomach. There are many, many meds out there that will help you lower your blood sugar. Glucophage is a good basic tried and true treatment method and is easier on your body than some of the others. Most of the stuff you take for diabetes makes me feel like crap but it beats the alternative. They lightened my metformin and gave me Glipizide with it and that stopped a lot of my problems. I also got more used to it as time went on. Anytime a doctor does not aggresively treat you for your diabetes, get another doctor. Be sure you test your blood sugar regularly. I went to doctors in the beginning that just told me to eat less and exercise more. Great. I do work very hard but if I didn't overeat, I wouldn't have gotten diabetes in the first place. So there advice just cost me time that I should have had my sugar under control. YOU are responsible for your health and your treatment. Get on the internet and learn everything you can. And most of all test your sugar at least once a day to be sure you are within limits at all times and that your sugar goes back to normal range within two hours of eating. Learn everything you can and control yourself. Diabetes is progressive. You can stop or slow it and each time you need more meds, you can't go back, you have progressed and get worse and worse until there is nothing else you can do. Take very good care of yourself.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
