what are ways to lower it...i think it's like 22/102 (WHICH IS TERRIBLE I KNOW!)

Hawthorne Berry tea, sold in loose bulk, tea bags, or capsules, regulates blood pressure, brings it down if it's too high, and raises it if it's too low (regulates it) only you have to stay on it or it'll go out of wack again, but that's O.K. because it tastes good. kind of like a flat cinnamon, which reminds me that Cinnamon is good for blood pressure too.

Low salt diet, exercise, no caffeine and no smoking. I think your numbers seem a lil off first # seems low second # high... But I suggest going to a MD ASAP

you need to talk to a dr and get on some meds to control this better.
