I love when people ask this so I can pass on the wonderful world of VEGAN LUNCHBOX!
The blog is pretty much dead in the water, but there are sooo many archives to go through with all kinds of great ideas: http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com/
I wish I went to work every day so I could get a cute bento box and do all kinds of creative packaging.

And this is a site where the author of vegan lunchbox has a ton of recipes: http://shmooedfood.blogspot.com/

I don't think you can find the book anymore (aw), but a new edition is coming out in March. I use a lot of recipes from the book and the site.

Anything you'd eat without the meat!

I love veggie soup. If you don't have a microwave at work, bring gazpacho.

I like sandwiches and wraps now and then. I adore salads, veggie and vegan.

Smoothies if you're really pressed for time.

Bagel sandwiches, bagel pizzas. Bagels aren't a great health food, but they do taste good!

Lettuce wraps.

You could also bring some cut veggies and something to dip them in (hummus is amazing), some cut fruit, and some nuts if you like to graze over the day. Lara Bars for desserts and quick snacks.

Cucumber sandwiches. Sliced cucumbers on white bread with cream cheese spread. Or sliced veggies and dip. Canned vegetarian baked beans. Bush brand makes a single serving can with a pull tab top. Veggie lasanga, boca burgers.

I make veggie pitas. We have a small toaster oven at work that I bake them in but they are still good re-heated.
Take a pita bread and brush it with olive oil and minced garlic, put on whatever veggies you like (I use tomatoes and artichoke hearts, and feta cheese ( or soy cheese if you are a Vegan). Bake on 350 until the edges are brown. I made these last week for Girl's Night and my friends loved them.

I take veggie dogs to work and just heat them up in the microwave. I also bring carrots, and apple and some pretzels so snack on through out the day.
Happy munching!

pitta bread stuffed with falafle (sorry about the spelling) hummus and coriander or a home made veggie and bean burger in a bun is always good and portable.
