I took the 4 at one time chlamydia pills, how long do I have to wait until I will be cured of it and be able to conceive or have unprotected sex with birth control or sperm killing creme?
How long could I try to have unprotected sex if I had taken the 1 pill for 7 days pills?
Basically, how long until the medicine kills all the infection?

Azithromycin is taken as a single dose, and doxycycline is taken twice a day for seven days. Research has shown that 80-90% of people with chlamydia are cured after taking one of these antibiotics. If you or your current partner is diagnosed with chlamydia, you should not have sex until at least a week after both of you have finished your course of the treatment.

I am not sure if I had what your fiance had but after my two miscarraiges my OBGYN took 19 vials of blood to test everything that could possibly answer why I am having miscarraiges and all came back normal except a bacateria that causes my eggs to eat at the sperm (it might be the other way around).
