I'm a veggie and I really need to find a tofurkey or something similar. I'm just not sure where to get one at or which is the best.

Take a look at Trader Joes or Whole Foods. You can also go online and look up Tofurky.com and see if they can ship you something or if there is a distributer in your area.

Vegetarian Turkey Loaf

One and a half cups artificially flavored turkey gravy
1 cup milk
Egg substitute (equivalent of 1 egg)
3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
2lbs canned white beans
1 small onion, chopped or diced, however you like it
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or garlic flakes
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mash the beans into a smooth paste. Using a slow speed on your blender, thoroughly mix in the milk, egg substitute, and 1/4 cup of turkey gravy. When you have a smooth mixture, add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, salt, sage, onion, and garlic.
Slowly mix in the breadcrumbs until you have a workable paste. Add breadcrumbs if you need to make it firmer.

Set it in a microwave casserole, and set it aside. *See below. Dressing and potatoes to follow.

Yields: 6 servings
Preparation Time: 1 to 1 1/2 hours

If you have time, there are some good recipies out there and you can make your own tofu turky replacement. Google search "recipe, tofu turkey" and see what pops up.

if "Quorn" is available where you are, then they do a large turkey roll which you roast in the oven. Some of my friends prefer it to the real deal. Link...
